PROJECT RAINFALL: Enclaves

Atomhawk Canada have announced 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹, an exciting artist led R&D initiative that has captured the hearts and imaginations of their team. In this artwork made by Mauro Cerati: In the midst of the toxic smog, glimpses of riches and beautiful architecture emerge, a stark contrast to the bleak surroundings of the lower city. These are the enclaves of the middle class, who have managed to carve out pockets of relative luxury amidst the pollution. Central to their prosperity is the Necroforge, a reservoir of unknown matter harnessed to generate electricity, powering their city and providing a lifeline in the darkness. Through manipulation of cloud seeding, a technology controlled by the high-class elite, they redirect the smog downward, keeping their air cleaner and their Necroforge stable for use across their city platform.
